rPET Waste Fabric Pelletizing Machine 

The PET chemical fiber/polyester waste cloth pelletizer integrates feeding, crushing, conveying and pelletizing into one process. The extruder can be configured with or without vent holes according to material characteristics. It adopts strand pelletizing mode with customizable configuration as required. Equipped with single-plate double-station screen changer, it enables non-stop operation with large filtration area. The extruder consists of a reduction gearbox (high torque, low noise, with external cooling circulation system), 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw, nitrided 38CrMoAlA barrel (barrel air fan cooling, controlled by temperature controller), and vacuum system. The strand pelletizing system consists of a cooling water tank, forced air dryer and pelletizer. The cooling water tank is used to cool the plastic strands extruded from the extruder.

PET Viscosity Increasing Machine

This is our PET viscosity-increasing equipment is also known as SSP (Solid-State Polycondensation) system. The working principle is in a high-vacuum, oxygen-free e nvironment, through precise temperature control, dynamic material agitation, and forced removal of by-products enable efficient polycondensation reactions of polymers such as PET, PA in solid or highly viscous states, resulting in increased molecular weight and viscosity while completely avoiding oxygen-induced oxidative degradation. This equipment is a critical component for post-processing of polymer materials, featuring high viscosity controllability, low energy consumption, and broad applicability.

From Waste Textiles to High-Tensile Straps: A Continuous Process

 
The production line begins with the rPET Pelletizing Machine, which accepts mixed recycled PET materials derived from textile waste and processes them into clean, uniform pellets. The equipment is designed to handle contaminated, multi-source feedstock, removing impurities and stabilizing material properties for downstream processing.
 
Next, the Viscosity Increasing (SSP) Machine elevates the intrinsic viscosity of the rPET pellets to meet the stringent molecular weight requirements for high-strength strapping. Through controlled solid-state polycondensation, the system restores the polymer’s structural integrity, enabling the final product to withstand heavy loads and extreme tension.
 
The high-viscosity rPET pellets are then fed into the rPET Strap Making Machine, a fully automatic extrusion and stretching line that transforms the material into consistent, high-tensile PET straps. These straps meet global industrial standards for tensile strength, elongation, and UV resistance, making them a direct replacement for virgin PET strapping in logistics, construction, and heavy-duty packaging applications.
